DESCRIPTION:True Health is excited to host the Be Healthy 5K Presented by AdventHealth\, on Saturday\, September 19th at the Orlando Sanford International Airport at 7:30am. Join us with your friends\, family\, and coworkers as we take health to new heights!\n\nOne company or group with the most participants (minimum 15) will win an award and $250. This is a great opportunity to get recognized at the event AND celebrate together! Proceeds from the Be Healthy 5K ensure that all Central Floridians have access to high-quality\, comprehensive healthcare at a reasonable cost.  \n\nAt the Be Healthy 5K\, all participants will receive a race medal and t-shirt. Additionally\, there will be a FREE Kids run. (Registration will open the week of the event on September 15th).\n\n \n\nNew This Year: \n\n\n	Team Tents:\n\n	\n		Teams of 10 or more participants may reserve a dedicated space to gather\, celebrate\, and prepare for takeoff before and after the race. Bring your own tent or upgrade with a tent rental provided by the event. Teams with 10 or more registered participants are eligible to reserve a Team Zone space. Teams may bring their own tent or add a tent rental through the event.\n	\n	\n	Rucking Category & Awards\n	\n		Looking for an extra challenge? Participants may register for our new Rucking Division and complete the 5K while carrying a weighted rucksack.
