Guests will enjoy two incredible action stations\, featuring a giant steamship round of beef\, also known as the "Baron of Beef"\, carved fresh on site\, alongside a beautifully smoked whole hog that will be pulled live for delicious\, made-to-order sandwiches! A fully staffed buffet will offer a variety of complementary sides and desserts to round out the feast.
