Unlike traditional martial arts classes\, the program involves no punching\, no kicking\, and no strenuous physical exertion. Instead\, participants will learn simple\, highly effective strategies to Prevent\, Avoid\, and Escape Potential Attacks\, Threats\, or Abductions.\n\n \n\n"Empowering our community members with real-world tools to protect themselves and their families is one of the most impactful acts of kindness we can offer\," said Charles Vega of The Law Firm of Charles Vega P.A.
