Jessica Rosario-Fortis, Director of Florida SBDC at Seminole State College Center of Business Development

Jessica Rosario-Fortis is a Certified Executive Coach and Business Strategist with over 24 years of experience in business strategy, leadership development, and operational efficiency. As a Center Director with the Florida SBDC at Seminole State College, she helps small business owners strengthen their leadership capabilities, improve performance, and scale sustainably through structure, strategy, and accountability.
Jessica is also the Co-Owner and Integrator of Exclusive Cleaning Services, a full-service commercial cleaning company serving Central Florida. In this role, she self-implements EOS - the Entrepreneurial Operating System, optimizes operations, and develops high-performing teams—bringing firsthand entrepreneurial experience that deeply resonates with the business owners she supports.
Before joining the SBDC, Jessica built a strong reputation as a coach and strategist, guiding entrepreneurs across industries in leadership development, operational planning, productivity systems, and performance management. She has coached within respected business communities such as Power Player Academy, ASK Method, Curantis, and Ureeka, in partnership with organizations including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the YWCA.
Jessica is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and holds multiple professional certifications. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College and is currently an MBA candidate at Western Governors University.
Recognized among Orlando’s Top 15 Coaches by Influence Digest, Jessica has also supported organizations such as Elle Collective, The Sharing Center, and Christian HELP, providing strategic guidance in career development, program advancement, and the growth of women-led businesses.
Jessica is passionate about helping small business owners lead with clarity, operate with intention, and build strong, sustainable companies positioned for long-term success.
