Member Care roles offer “teacher schedule” with three-months leave with pay and benefits
Florida Blue is currently hiring more than 300 Member Care Specialists positions that offer a unique teacher-like schedule providing three months of paid leave with benefits during the summer. The positions also include PTO (paid time off) and quarterly incentive bonuses.
In the role, employees serve potential, new and existing customers by reviewing claims history and billing and enrollment accuracy, researching and resolving inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
Applicants should have two years of customer service experience, sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, demonstrated empathy and compassion with outstanding listening and communication skills and the ability to work assigned shifts between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. ET as well as occasional nights, weekends and holidays as business needs require. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
