ORLANDO, Fla. (July 22, 2019) – Goodwill Industries of Central Florida recently named Jill Hill as Vice President of Human Resources. She will oversee the nonprofit’s human resources operations, including employee-employer relations, staff diversity and inclusion policies, and Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations.
Hill brings experience in operations, strategic planning, training, customer service and finance in addition to human resources. She has championed talent development initiatives, compensation programs, systems implementations and compliance training. Previous roles allowed her to lead data analysis, audits and execute disaster preparedness plans.
“For 60 years, Goodwill has turned donations into jobs for thousands of Central Floridians who needed help finding employment,” Hill said. “It’s a privilege to be part of an organization that connects people to resources that help them succeed.”
Hill earned her bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kan. She is also SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
