J. Wayne Miller Company Successfully Secures First Retail Space in Florida for Jack the Dipper Ice Cream

Jack the Dipper was originated in North Carolina in 1976 and the company was sold to Mike and Lori Martone 4 years ago. They expanded Jack the Dipper to 5 locations in NC.
