Low-Income Internet/AT&T

Here's an update on some expanded offerings that target low income households in areas where AT&T offers in-home Internet service. You may already know about Access from AT&T. The eligibility requirements have been expanded and we are waiving home internet data overage fees. This flyer has more information, but please call me if you have any questions.
Households that meet low-income qualifications can get in-home Internet for $5 or $10/month depending on speed in the area. Two free months for new customers….
We are excited to let you all know about our continued commitment to Access from AT&T what we are doing to help limited income households impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. We will be implementing some temporary changes to our program and will:
  • Enable more people to qualify for Access by expanding eligibility to qualifying households based on income and households with children who participate in the National School Lunch and Head Start programs. This will in addition to the households who already participate in the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program and or receive benefits from Supplemental Security Income in California.
  • Offer two months of free service for any NEW AT&T Access customers who order by 4/30/20
  • Waive all home internet data overage fees
