Longwood, Fl - The PARCs Foundation (People, Activities, Recreation, Conservation, Seminole) is excited to announce their free upcoming fundraiser/friendraiser event on April 20th at Wekiva Island from 5:00-7:30pm. This event will benefit Seminole County Parks and Recreation and help fund various projects, including the development of Seminole County's only park for disabled and neurodiverse individuals at the old Rolling Hills Golf Course.

The PARCs Foundation is dedicated to enhancing parks and recreation opportunities throughout Seminole County. The organization believes that everyone should have access to safe, inclusive spaces where they can enjoy outdoor activities with family and friends. "Our goal is to ensure that everyone has equal access to outdoor spaces where they can exercise, socialize, and unwind."

The fundraiser/friendraiser event will feature information about upcoming projects, food trucks, raffles, silent, games, and more. Attendees will have the chance to meet like-minded individuals who share a passion for improving park accessibility in Seminole County.
