DESCRIPTION:During the 2017 Entrepreneurship Competition Presentations the winning entrants in the Seminole Startup 2017: Entrepreneurship Competition will present their business proposals to members of the business community.\n\nCash prizes will be awarded for first through third place. \n\n\n\nThe Entrepreneurship Competition\, known as Seminole Startup\, gives all enrolled Seminole State students the opportunity to create and develop an original business plan\, with coaching from faculty mentors and the Entrepreneurship Advisory Committee\, to earn cash prizes and support. The goal of the Entrepreneurship Competition is for students to develop skills in business idea generation\, proposal presentation and capital seeking skills.\n\n\n\nSubmissions will be judged by a panel of experienced entrepreneurs and investors in the business community based on criteria such as: product or service\, market opportunity\, marketing strategy\, management team\, pro forma financials and use of capital.
