\n\nGose Global was brewed with a blend of pale wheat malt\, and a ancient Egyptian variety of purple huskless barley as well as seeds of paradise\, freshly toasted coriander seeds\, black lava salt\, and rested on white truffles from Oregon. The beer was fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels with a blend of lactobacillus\, brettanomyces\, and a unique strain of saccharomyces that has its roots in Norwegian farmhouse brewing. The result is a lightly tart\, moderately salty ale with bright citrus notes\, and an earthy barnyard funk.
