He leads innovative programs that expand student opportunities\, including choice options\, and manages major grants such as Perkins V and other state and federal projects supporting school innovation.\n\nPreviously\, Dr. Gard-Harrold was Director of Teaching & Learning\, with oversight of federal Title II programs\, and has also served as a teacher\, coach\, administrator\, and district professional development leader.
