Kismet is harnessing the power of nanotechnology to create self-disinfecting surfaces. The patent-pending product\, NanoRAD\, is a residual active disinfectant pursuing EPA and FDA approval.

\nAs the founder of Avant Healthcare Professionals\, Shari raised angel\, private equity\, and strategic investment\, achieving a CAGR of 38% over 18 years. The company reached $175M in revenues the year she exited. With a background in hospice\, home care\, and international healthcare staffing\, Shari has expertise in navigating heavily regulated environments. She has strong advocacy skills at both the federal and state level. Shari led Avant and eight other companies in founding the American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment (AAIHR) and was president in 2007 and 2018- 2021\, AAIHR regulatory affairs chair 2014-2021.
