This variation of our oak-fermented mixed culture sour ale is re-fermented in the barrel with fresh mango at a ratio of over one pound per gallon. The grain bill consists of malted barley\, a touch of wheat\, and aged hops that marry well with a diverse plethora of yeast and bacteria to create a refreshingly gentle\, yet complex bite. The result is a silky sour ale\, with gobs of mouthwatering mango\, and a touch of barnyard funk.
