DESCRIPTION:The 7th Annual Sham Rock N Run 5K benefitting HOPE Helps\, is a fun-for-the-whole family event.  The professionally timed race will include prizes for the top male/female runners in a variety of age catagories\, finisher's medals and t-shirts for all\, a prize for the largest team\, a costume contest (come in your St. Patty's Day best!)\, Irish entertainment\, refreshments and a FREE Leprechaun Lap (Kids Fun Run) for those under 10.  There is also an option to Snooze for HOPE or run a Virtual 5K if you can't join us on the day of the race but still want to support HOPE.\n\n\n\nHOPE Helps mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida through Housing\, Outreach\, Prevention and Education.
