DESCRIPTION:The UCF Metropolitan Center for Regional Studies is pleased to announce that a forum on "The Future:  Florida\, NASA\, and the Space Industry" will take place on Friday\, April 16\, 2010\, at 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the University of Central Florida Executive Development Center on 36 West Pine Street\, Orlando\, Florida.  Pat Duggins\, National Public Radio's NASA Correspondent and author of Final Countdown:  NASA and the End of the Space Shuttle Program will begin the forum\, followed by a panel discussion.  Invited panelists include Frank DiBello\, President\, Space Florida\; Senator Mike Haridopolos\, Florida Senate\; Congresswoman Suzanne Kosmas\, U.S. Representative\; M.J. Soileau\, UCF Vice President\, Office of Research and Commercialization\; and Lynda Weatherman\, President\, SpaceCoast EDC.
