As a Center Director with the Florida SBDC at Seminole State College\, she helps small business owners strengthen their leadership capabilities\, improve performance\, and scale sustainably through structure\, strategy\, and accountability.\n\nJessica is also the Co-Owner and Integrator of Exclusive Cleaning Services\, a full-service commercial cleaning company serving Central Florida. In this role\, she self-implements EOS - the Entrepreneurial Operating System\, optimizes operations\, and develops high-performing teams?bringing firsthand entrepreneurial experience that deeply resonates with the business owners she supports.\n\nBefore joining the SBDC\, Jessica built a strong reputation as a coach and strategist\, guiding entrepreneurs across industries in leadership development\, operational planning\, productivity systems\, and performance management. She has coached within respected business communities such as Power Player Academy\, ASK Method\, Curantis\, and Ureeka\, in partnership with organizations including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the YWCA.\n\nJessica is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and holds multiple professional certifications.
