Brandon Speith is originally from New Haven, Indiana and graduated in 2009 from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. Brandon then pursued his graduate degree from Upper Iowa University, graduating in 2013 with a Master of Business Administration. Brandon has worked in higher education since 2010 in multiple positions from recruiter to Advisor and Director of a satellite campus. He currently works as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at Stetson University. Brandon is passionate about education and enjoys working with students.
Jackie Peña grew up in Seminole County and has been a resident of Central Florida for almost 30 years. She is a mother of two young boys and married her husband right here in Seminole County. She is a volunteer and very active with Seminole County Public Schools, as well as her community.

I enjoy working with individuals providing strategies on how to achieve their personal and professional goals. As a former VP of Sales, managing 25 locations country-wide I understand the importance of exceeding budgets, multiple markets, training and coaching employees at all levels while communicating with senior leadership. I have also created and implemented new hire on-boarding procedures, created Standard Operating Procedures, succession planning programs, situational leadership workshops, and assisted in defining the organizations culture. My expertise allows for an decrease in employee turnover, an increase customer retention and an increase in company profits.
Why do I enjoy my work? Because I started in sales as a front line employee, then promoted to a Regional Director and then a Vice President of Sales. I have mastered the concept to rejecting rejection and applying success principles and while using those principles was nominated "Best in the Company" for multiple years.
Tracie loves working with Christian HELP that helps connecting people in the community with the resources and coaching they need to help their lives move forward in a positive direction. She is skilled in recruiting and stewarding Volunteers for Christian HELP, Event Management, and Team Building. Strong education professional with a bachelor’s degree focused in Christian Ministries from Asbury University.
Tracie and her husband Andy have two children and enjoy hanging out (hopefully at the beach) with the family when the weather is nice, supporting anything soccer related, including Orlando City Soccer and watching “The Flash” and any Marvel movie.
