Shift Hours: Full-Time

Location: Winter Park 

Compensation Range: $30-40k/yr 

 

Position Summary:

Assist our clients in enrolling for Medicare or ACA benefits, or for auto or homeowners insurance! Seeking agents with precise attention to detail, outstanding customer service skills, commitment to excellence, and experience facilitating positive outcomes for their clients. 

 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with policy inquiries and coverage options

  • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Utilize your expertise and knowledge of various insurance products to help clients identify their coverage needs and recommend suitable insurance plans that best fit their requirements. 

  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients, assessing their risks and providing personalized insurance solutions to safeguard their assets and interests. 

  • Prepare insurance quotes based on client needs and communicate premium details effectively. 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policy changes, and market conditions to provide informed guidance and advice to clients.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations. 

 

Physical Requirements:  

Must be able to fulfill essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. Position involves extended periods of time working in an office environment.  

 

Work Environment: 

Winter Park office

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • For working with Medicare or ACA clients: FL 2-20 or 2-15 license 

  • For working with auto and homeowner clients: FL 4-40 License 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide compassionate service

  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficient in insurance products and their application in various situations

  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets

  • Sound knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards

  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance management software
