Einstein Advisors Secures Walmart Location for Medicare OEP

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) ended on December 7th, but Medicare Advantage Plan clients have an opportunity to change plans again, during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) which runs January- March. Einstein Advisors secured a local Walmart location for AEP, and have been extended in that location for the duration of OEP.

Most Medicare recipients understand that they have an opportunity every fall to make changes to the Medicare coverage.  That opportunity is called the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), and runs from October 15th through December 7th each year.  Many Medicare recipients are not aware that they have a second opportunity during the first quarter of the year to change from one Medicare Advantage Plan to another. This second enrollment period is called the Open Enrollment Period (OEP), and is only available to Medicare beneficiaries who are enrolled in an Advantage Plan.

Last fall, Einstein Advisors was delighted to secure a Walmart kiosk for the AEP, and now, we have been granted an extension for the duration of the OEP.  Our store in conveniently located on US 17-92 in Debary, very close to the Volusia-Seminole border, so it serves clients and prospects from both counties who may need assistance with their Medicare coverage options.

The address of our Walmart store is 185 N. Charles Richard Beall Blvd.  You don’t need an appointment, but our hours at the kiosk vary from week to week, so it’s best to call ahead if you want to visit us there.  The number to call is 386-956-0256.
