Florida Blue hiring 150 bilingual member care specialists to work from home

Are you bilingual? Do you want to work from home? Would you like to have your summers off with full pay and benefits?
 
Florida Blue has 150 member care specialists roles currently open for bilingual candidates. These positions can work remotely anywhere in Florida and offer a teacher-like schedule where you work nine months and are off for three months during the summer with full pay and benefits. At the end of the three months, you would return for another nine-month rotation. The offer paid training, benefits, paid time off and quarterly bonuses.
 
Member care specialists will provide personalized support to Florida Blue’s members by ensuring accuracy of billing and enrollment, answering questions, resolving member’s concerns and more. Applicants should have two years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, access to high speed internet and a computer for training and be fluent in speaking and writing both English and Spanish or Creole.
