The Seminole County Supervisor of Elections is seeking election workers for 2022 elections
SEMINOLE COUNTY, FL – Tomorrow is National Poll Worker Recruitment Day. In partnership with the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) and the Help America Vote campaign, the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Office is seeking election workers for the August 23rd, and November 8th, 2022 elections.
Election workers in Seminole County serve as a vital part of our process and can be paid between $120 and $175 a day depending on the position. Qualified applicants are registered Seminole County voters, can read and write English, and are able to sit and stand for long periods of time. You must also agree to attend a half-day training session, view an online training module, and work on Election Day (typically a 15-hour day beginning at 6 a.m.)
We are especially interested in hiring bi-lingual, Spanish speaking individuals. If you, or anyone you know is interested, please visit https://www.voteseminole.org/electionworkers to find out more information and to apply. For any election worker related questions, please call (407) 708-7749.
Throughout the day on the 25th, the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections will be sharing information on its social media channels. Follow us @VoteSeminole on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. ###
