Sanford, FL, June 23, 2020—Passengers at Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) can park and go with ease using the airport’s new contactless parking system through REEF Technology.
REEF Technology is a revolutionary platform that takes the hassle out of parking. With the launch of the new system, the days of grabbing a ticket are over. REEF’s license plate recognition system captures and records a passenger’s plate upon entry of the lot and automatically raises the bar. When leaving the lot, the system captures the plate again and calculates the passenger’s fee based off the duration of time the car was in the parking lot.
Passengers can take advantage of contactless parking with the option to pay using their debit, credit cards or mobile devices when exiting the lot.
“Exiting airport parking lots can be time-consuming,” said Diane Crews, President and CEO of Orlando Sanford International Airport. “Our partnership with REEF Technology not only helps save our passengers valuable time but keeps them safe by reducing physical touch”.
Frequent flyers of the Orlando Sanford International Airport are encouraged to register their license plate and credit card online in advance of their next trip at www.reefparking.com/autopay.
“We are excited to provide ticketless and contactless parking to the Orlando Sanford International Airport,” said Leonard Carder, President Real Estate Services, REEF Technology. “Now, more than ever, it is important to provide travelers with safe, contactless payment options. We believe the new license plate recognition system will improve the speed, ease, and importantly during this time, safety, of the parking facilities.”
