Roger B. Kennedy Construction breaks ground for new $15M Providence Reserve apartments in Lakeland

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. Roger B. Kennedy Construction broke ground for the new 139-unit Providence Reserve apartments in Lakeland, its second senior living community for Banyan Development, under a $15 million contract. Located at 1175 Providence Reserve Drive, the 142,485-square-foot community will include three two-story apartment buildings, a clubhouse and related site work consisting of 15 acres. The project was designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc., and is slated for completion in September 2020. Kennedy recently completed Banyan Cove senior living apartments in DeLand, which was also designed by Forum.
