Two leading organizations enter partnership to help businesses save money
Heathrow, Fla. (January 13, 2023) – Orlando-based payment platform company Stax has joined forces with the Seminole County Chamber to offer significant savings to its members in a first-of-its-kind program for chambers. The program provides members of the chamber a 40 percent savings on their credit card processing fees - on top of the 40 percent that Stax saves businesses each month with their non-Seminole Chamber member rates.
“For many small businesses, credit card processing is a significant expense that we are able to nearly cut in half for our members by working with such a great company like Stax who is truly changing our economy,” says Rebekah Arthur, president & CEO, Seminole County Chamber. “Where this is particularly impactful is with some types of members who often struggle to utilize traditional chamber benefits.”
Stax is an all-in-one payment platform helping businesses of all sizes manage financials, invoicing, inventory, sales, and other tools to run and grow a business. Ranked the #1 Best Credit Card Processors by US News & World Report in 2022, Stax has disrupted the payments industry with its subscription-based pricing model.
As part of the partnership, the Seminole County Chamber will be promoting Stax and its benefits in a variety of ways, including banner advertising, event sponsorship and more.
“This investment will further support the integration and presence of Stax within Central Florida and Seminole County,” says David Bruce, association partner manager, Stax. “The Seminole County Chamber has shown leadership in our community to make Seminole County a top place for business in the entire state.”

In addition to the savings program with Stax, the Seminole County Chamber offers similar programs for health care with MyHealthily.Com and office supplies through Office Depot.
