Jared Reimel born and raised in the Orlando area, and I began my career with Merrill in 2019 after graduating from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, Ohio. With a background rooted in both Florida and Ohio, I focus on serving clients from these regions but welcome the opportunity to work with individuals nationwide, tailoring guidance to align to each person's unique goals and aspirations. Inspired by my family's experience as business owners, I saw firsthand the challenges involved in balancing financial security with personal priorities. This perspective shaped my commitment to financial planning, where my focus is on helping clients and families achieve both stability and the freedom to focus on what matters most.
Outside the office, I enjoy golf, pickleball, and focusing on health and fitness. Giving back to the community is also a core value, and I actively support educational initiatives and mentorship programs. I'm passionate about empowering young individuals to embrace fiscal responsibility and believe in their potential for a secure financial future. My goal is to equip the next generation with the confidence and knowledge to build lasting financial well-being, no matter their background.

Neota Genske, MBA is an award-winning entrepreneur, former accounting firm founder, and trusted advisor to business owners seeking clarity, profitability, and long-term sustainability. With nearly two decades of experience across accounting, finance, and strategic business operations, Neota brings a practical, real-world perspective to helping companies “tune up” their financial foundations for growth.
Before launching her entrepreneurial journey, Neota spent eight years in accounting and finance roles for major nonprofits and publicly traded companies, ultimately rising to Vice President of Finance for an international nonprofit. This experience gave her a deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and the operational realities leaders face as organizations scale.
In 2013, Neota founded Genske & Co., a woman-owned accounting firm based in Orlando, Florida, built on the belief that strong financial strategy should be personalized, proactive, and aligned with each business’s goals. Under her leadership, the firm earned Seminole County’s Best Small Business of the Year and Best Woman-Owned Business of Central Florida honors. In 2024, Neota transitioned into an owner-non-operator role, allowing her to focus on strategic leadership, education, and impact.
Neota is also the founder of Genske Properties, bringing a business-owner’s lens to real estate investment and asset management.
As a speaker, Neota is known for translating complex financial, tax, and operational concepts into clear, actionable strategies. She regularly addresses chambers of commerce and professional organizations on financial readiness, tax planning considerations, industry shifts, and the mindset required to build profitable, resilient businesses. Her approach blends technical expertise with candid insights on decision-making, risk, and long-term planning.
In recognition of her leadership and impact, Neota was named to the Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.
