Join the J. Douglas Williams YMCA for Healthy Seniors Day on October 7, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and celebrate healthy, active aging!

Whether you’re a longtime YMCA member or visiting the Y for the first time, this special event is designed to help older adults move, connect, learn, and feel their best. Enjoy Group Exercise classes, Y experiences, informative workshops, community partners, and more—all focused on supporting an active lifestyle and building meaningful connections.
