Trish Riley is an award-winning environmental journalist and expert on the importance of eco-tourism to the local economy and conservation efforts. She has authored six books, written for such international magazines as Audobon, Hemispheres and E/The Environmental Magazine; and been featured in such publications as The Washington Post, Miami Herald and The National Geographic Green Guide. Her entrepreneurial efforts in the green movement include founding GoGreenNation.org, a website that promotes green jobs, businesses and innovations. She is a board member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors, for which she co-chaired their annual national conference in 2006 and 2007, and a member of the Society of Environmental Journalists.
