Description
These simple meditation techniques have shown to be highly effective in reducing stress and stress-related medical problems. Each two hour session of 4 classes will immerse participants in the benefits of living a mindful live. We will be sitting in chairs for 3 out of the 4 sessions, but if you prefer to sit on a cushion or mat, feel free to bring them. Please RSVP to 407-247-5972.
