19th Annual ''Taste of Altamonte'' Altamonte Springs – It's the 19th year for the popular ''Taste of Altamonte'' at beautiful Cranes Roost Park at Uptown Altamonte, to be held on Monday, October 10, 2011 from 6 to 9 p.m.; sponsored by the Altamonte Springs Rotary Club. Always a big event, this year will be even bigger and better, with great food from area restaurants, live music from local talent and lively people to meet and greet. This ''all you care to eat'' upscale event showcases fine foods from a wide variety of local popular restaurants in a beautiful and relaxing setting for one low price of $25 per person ($30 at the door) and $10 for children age 4-12 ($15 at the door). A variety of event sponsorship opportunities are still available for your business or group and include admission ticket packages, reserved seating, name recognition in promotional materials and media publicity for major sponsors. Proceeds from the ''Taste'' are used to benefit the charitable community projects of the Rotary Club of Altamonte Springs.
