Presented by Webster's chapter of Delta Mu Delta Honor's Society - The concept of ROI is the fastest growing metric for evaluating performance improvement initiatives and projects around the world. Participants are exposed to the ROI Methodology, which includes developing objectives, collecting data, isolating the effects of the project, converting data to monetary values, tabulating appropriate costs, and calculating the ROI.
