Join us for our Grand Opening to celebrate our new name - Destination Health & Wellness!
We are a family-based chiropractic office located in Altamonte serving the Central Florida area.
Our Grand Opening starts at 9am with the Official Ribbon Cutting at 9:30am.
From 9am - 2pm, we will provide food, complimentary chair massages, office tours, and a special new patient offer!
Special new patient offer: $50 Consult, Exam, X-rays (if needed), and doctor's report of findings.
**Must call ahead at 407-831-3833 to reserve your special new patient offer appointment. We have a limited number of new patient appointments available. Due to federal guidelines, this offer is not available to Medicare recipients.**
