Successful, fast-paced personal injury law firm in search of an associate attorney with min. 2 years of Personal Injury / Property Claims experience.  
Job Overview
As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and expertise within our law firm and our team. This position requires someone who is a self-started with a solid foundation in various areas of law to effectively assist clients and contribute to the success of our practice. Bilingual/Spanish is Preferred
Duties
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation
- Assist in negotiations and settlements
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas
Experience
- Minium 2 years experience in PI and legal administrative roles
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools like Lexis-Nexis
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of general law office procedures
