Katy Eld is a distinguished healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in provider, payer, and managed care services, including more than 20 years in senior management roles. She currently serves as Senior Market Manager at Oscar Health, leading market strategy, membership growth, and provider management across Central Florida. Katy is responsible for analyzing market trends, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring high-quality, affordable care for members.
Previously, Katy spent two decades at Florida Blue in roles such as Regional Market Manager, Director of Vendor/Client Management, and Manager of Physician/Provider Relations. She led regional Medicare strategies, managed multi-million-dollar vendor portfolios, and drove operational excellence through innovative programs.
Katy holds a BA in Liberal Studies from UCF and serves on the boards of the Greater Orlando Sports Commission and Senior Resource Alliance.
