About Us
Before founding this practice, Zarina Hernandez served as an Assistant Public Defender in Osceola and Marion counties from 2017 to 2021, representing thousands of clients and earning a reputation as a fierce, ethical advocate. That experience shaped a core belief: every client deserves dignity, respect, and unwavering dedication, and that belief is the foundation of everything we do.
Zarina earned her J.D. cum laude from Barry University School of Law, receiving a High Honors Certificate in Trial Advocacy. Her background in Psychology from the University of Central Florida gives her a unique understanding of the emotional toll a criminal charge takes on individuals and families. She is licensed in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
She is a fluent Spanish speaker who serves clients in both English and Spanish, because language should never be a barrier to understanding your rights.
Deeply rooted in the community, she serves as President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and is an active member of the Seminole County Chamber, the Seminole County Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Whether you're facing a misdemeanor or a serious felony, you deserve an attorney who will listen, fight for you, and guide you with honesty and care. Zarina is here to stand with you every step of the way.
