Animals From Recent Animal Abuse Case Go Up For Adoption at Seminole County Animal Services

Seminole County, FL (October 10, 2023) – Over a dozen animals recently signed over in the Tonya Grose animal abuse case are now going up for adoption. During the last two weeks, these animals have all been carefully monitored by our Veterinary staff and are now ready to be adopted to loving and caring homes. Those animals that are still in need of additional Veterinary attention continue to be cared for by staff at Seminole County Animal Services.

All animal adoptions continue to be just $10 to incentivize adoptions. With the influx of animals from this case, as well as the continued care of dozens of dogs from last November’s Sanford animal abuse case, Seminole County Animal Services continues to face capacity issues, getting creative in housing and caring for our dogs and cats. Support from the community by adopting, volunteering or donating continues to be greatly appreciated.
