Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens offers sponsorship opportunities for popular Asian Lantern Festival

SANFORD, Fla. (October 18, 2023) — Returning for the fourth time this year, the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens’ Asian Lantern Festival: Into the Wild, presented by Publix, has quickly established itself as the top holiday activity in Seminole County and one of the top holiday events in Central Florida.

There are currently sponsorship opportunities available that would allow your company to gain exposure to more than 85,000 consumers in a two-month period. The festival saw 89,768 visitors in 2021 and 92,912 in 2023. Both years were held over 41 nights from mid-November to mid-January. This year's festival will be held over 44 nights— three more than last year— from November 17, 2023, to January 14, 2024.

In addition to lantern sponsorships, we have two other sponsorships currently available:

  1. Santa Visits - Santa Claus will visit on two peak nights in December and provide photo opportunities for families (includes signage, company logo/link on Zoo website, inclusion on Zoo social posts about Santa's visits, and tickets to the exclusive VIP Preview night) - Cost: $3,500
  2. Entertainment Sponsor - Sponsor the live musicians for each night of the 44-night festival (includes signage, company logo/link on Zoo website, inclusion on Zoo social posts about live music at festival, and tickets to the exclusive VIP Preview night) - Cost: $15,000

Sponsorship of the Zoo’s Asian Lantern Festival: Into the Wild is a great way to show your company is supporting the important conservation and education work of the Zoo and the positive impact it has on the animal and human residents in Central Florida.
