EXIT Global Realty Announces 2026 National Real Estate Certification Series for REALTORS® Across Central Florida

EXIT Global Realty has announced its 2026 National Real Estate Certification Series, bringing four nationally recognized REALTOR® certifications to Central Florida throughout the year. The series is designed to provide real estate professionals with advanced training, practical strategies, and specialized expertise to better serve clients and grow their businesses.

The courses will be taught by nationally recognized instructor Brian Woods and hosted at Sihle Insurance Group in Altamonte Springs. Each class offers continuing education credit and hands-on learning designed for real-world application in today’s evolving real estate market.

The 2026 certification lineup includes:

C-RETS – Team Leadership for Maximum Performance

PSA – Pricing Strategy Advisor
Focused on advanced pricing methodologies and data-driven strategies to help REALTORS® guide clients confidently through today’s complex market conditions.

August 6, 2026
SFR – Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource
Provides agents with the tools and knowledge needed to help homeowners navigate distressed property situations while expanding opportunities in a specialized segment of the market.

October 8–9, 2026
SRES – Seniors Real Estate Specialist®*
Equips REALTORS® with the skills to better serve the unique financial, lifestyle, and housing needs of clients aged 50 and older.

According to Kristina Peacock, Co-Owner of EXIT Global Realty, the goal of the education series is to raise the level of professionalism across the industry while equipping agents with tools they can immediately apply in their businesses.
