EXIT Global Realty Appoints Andrea Patenaude as Director of Community Impact

EXIT Global Realty is proud to announce the appointment of Andrea Patenaude as the company’s first-ever Director of Community Impact, a volunteer leadership position dedicated to coordinating charitable efforts throughout the Central Florida region.

Andrea, an agent known for her compassionate spirit and hands-on service, will lead initiatives that connect real estate professionals with meaningful ways to give back. Her appointment exemplifies the EXIT Global Realty commitment to community-driven leadership.

About the Role: Service Through Real Estate

As Director of Community Impact, Andrea will organize 2–3 volunteer opportunities each year, collaborating with local nonprofits and encouraging agent participation. She will also help plan a signature annual event open to agents and their clients, which will be submitted for funding through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, a national EXIT Realty Corp. International initiative that supports community involvement. To date, more than $8 million dollars have been allocated to charity through this program.

Agents have been invited to suggest nonprofits to support, creating a true culture of collaboration and service.

First Event: October 29, 2025 – Second Harvest Food Bank

EXIT Global Realty will kick off this initiative on October 29, as team members volunteer at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, packaging meals for children and families in need. These meals are distributed across the region to fight hunger and build a stronger, healthier community.
