Last week, Walt Disney World featured our executive director, Chris Ham, in a story about how Central Florida executives use the lessons learned from working at Disney in their current positions.
Ham worked for more than seven years at the theme parks, including a stint as a captain on the famous Jungle Cruise.
“Disney cast members are the difference,” Ham said in the article. “I try to run Rescue Outreach Mission like that, where everyone is in it together, and everyone plays their part to care for our guests like they are our family.”
