The Orlando Magic, in partnership with Ticketmaster and OneCourt, have become the first professional sports team in Florida to provide OneCourt’s tactile broadcast to fans free of charge during the team’s home games at Kia Center. Five OneCourt devices will be available at every home game, reinforcing the Orlando Magic, Ticketmaster, and OneCourt’s shared commitment to accessibility and an inclusive fan experience.
OneCourt’s cutting-edge technology transforms live gameplay data into real-time audio and trackable vibrations on their tablet-sized device. Visually impaired fans can follow the action on the surface of the haptic display with their fingertips, while an earpiece provides live updates on the score and play outcomes, bringing the full energy of the match to life through touch.
“Partnering with the Orlando Magic, our first team in Florida, is an incredible milestone in our mission to make sports accessible for all,” said CEO of OneCourt, Jerred Mace. “We’re grateful to the NBA and Ticketmaster for their support in helping us rapidly expand across the league, reach more fans, and make the game more inclusive. We’re thrilled to bring OneCourt to Magic fans and extend our impact to a new part of the country.”
“We’re proud to kick off the 2025-2026 NBA season by partnering with the Orlando Magic to deliver OneCourt’s haptic devices to fans free of charge,” said Managing Director of North America Ticketmaster, Marla Ostroff. “As the first professional team in Florida to integrate OneCourt into their gameday experience, the Magic are setting a new benchmark for accessibility at Kia Center. This partnership reflects our shared belief that every fan deserves to feel connected to the energy and excitement of live events, and we are looking forward to continuing our role in helping scale this innovation across the league."
“The Orlando Magic are dedicated to the fan experience and creating legendary moments for all guests,” said Magic President of Business Operations, Charlie Freeman. “The Magic are also committed to an inclusive environment in which fans, community partners and employees feel welcomed, valued and appreciated. We’re thrilled to be working with our great partners Ticketmaster and OneCourt to create an accessible live sports experience and sharing the Magic with ALL our fans.”
