Plug and Play Orlando has announced the selection of eleven startups for its second health accelerator program at the GuideWell Innovation Center in Lake Nona, Orlando, FL. The 12-week program kicks off this month and runs through the first week of June, providing participating companies the opportunity to accelerate growth and bring health innovations to market. The program will conclude at the Plug and Play Health Expo on June 3, 2026, in Lake Nona.

Their work represents the future of how we deliver better outcomes at scale.”
The startups were selected by founding program members GuideWell, Orlando Health and KPMG. This second group represents a new wave of healthcare innovation focused on delivering more coordinated, equitable, and patient-centered care by improving care transitions, addressing social needs, and empowering individuals to take earlier, more proactive control of their health. Participants will benefit from mentorship, corporate introductions, workshops, networking and events designed to foster collaboration and growth.
The eleven startups are:
Delfina — Delfina is an AI-powered maternal health platform that enhances pregnancy care through remote monitoring, virtual doula support, and personalized education, connecting patients and providers for more proactive and equitable outcomes.
Dyad — Dyad helps healthcare providers save time, improve care quality and increase revenues by transforming unstructured healthcare data into accurate, contextualized information that powers workflow integrated applications.
OncoBrain — Oncobrain is an oncology clinical reasoning engine that uses extensive patient data and established guidelines to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment insights, helping clinicians improve decision-making and care quality.
Pear Suite — Pear Suite empowers community health workers and their organizations with AI-enabled infrastructure and wraparound support to deliver high-impact, coordinated care, measure outcomes, and unlock sustainable reimbursement.
Lirio— Lirio is a global leader in personalized behavioral nudging, using a behavioral science and agentic AI platform to drive meaningful health behavior change. Its Precision Nudging® Platform delivers highly tailored, data-driven interventions across the patient journey, helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes and overall value.
Awell Health — Awell provides a unified platform to design and manage care workflows using logic and AI, enabling smoother coordination, faster decisions, and better outcomes.
Careway Health - Careway supports high-need patients with dedicated advocates and an AI-powered platform to improve care coordination, close gaps, and reduce hospitalizations enhancing outcomes while increasing efficiency for health systems.
Concert Health - Concert Health is a national behavioral health medical group that integrates mental health services into existing care through the Collaborative Care model, expanding access, improving outcomes, and providing scalable support for health systems.
EnhancedDX - EnhancedDx - is an AI-powered platform that connects fragmented healthcare systems and automates workflows, reducing administrative burden, accelerating care, and improving operational insights and financial predictability.
Valene Health - Valene Health is an AI-powered clinical operating system that automates care coordination and workflows using intelligent agents, improving outcomes, reducing administrative burden, and enabling scalable healthcare delivery.
Attane Health - Attane Health delivers personalized, food-as-medicine solutions that address chronic conditions by improving access to nutritious foods and tailored support. By combining technology, data, and care coordination, Attane empowers individuals to achieve better health outcomes through sustainable lifestyle changes.
