The Challenge:
The company had been in business for just under two years. They had invested in expensive aesthetics treatment equipment and were not generating enough revenue to cover monthly expenses. On top of that, they were spending $6,000 per month on marketing, far too much for the revenue they were generating. The business was bleeding cash and losing ground fast.

The Result:
Within one year, monthly revenue doubled from $50,000 to $100,000 per month. Net income was running at plus 20% per month. The marketing budget was cut from $6,000 down to $2,000, saving $4,000 every single month while actually improving results. And the entire company culture shifted, the team was now working together with shared goals and a common direction.

A 100% increase in revenue in just one year.
