The Seminole County Community Health Division has partnered with the Central Florida Collaborative to launch the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment to identify health needs across the region. The survey aims to collect information from residents regarding community resources, health services, access to care, and more.
This feedback will help improve the County Community Health Initiative, which aims to provide direct and immediate access to essential resources such as medical and mental health care, educate Seminole County residents about available resources, and offer tools and methods to empower those interested in taking control of their health. Individuals are encouraged to take the survey to improve health assistance across Seminole County.
