Shelly and Todd Morgan Receive Lifetime Achievement Award for Philanthropic Leadership

Comprehensive Energy Services (CES) proudly congratulates founders Shelly and Todd Morgan on receiving the National Philanthropy Day Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing more than three decades of philanthropy, community leadership, and service throughout Central Florida.

Since founding CES in 1992, the Morgans have built more than a successful company, they have created a culture of giving that inspires employees, partners, and community leaders to make a difference. Today, CES has more than 400 employees and six locations across Florida, while the Morgans’ personal and company-supported charitable contributions have exceeded $1 million.

Their philanthropic efforts have supported education, healthcare, children’s programs, workforce development, and community wellbeing. The Morgans have contributed more than $100,000 to Seminole State College and established an endowed scholarship supporting students pursuing careers in plumbing, mechanical, and engineering fields.

Healthcare has also remained a major focus. The Morgans have contributed more than $600,000 to the AdventHealth Foundation. Their annual charity golf tournament, established nearly 30 years ago, has raised more than $565,000 for oncology services, mental health initiatives, and hurricane relief. In 2025, the tournament raised $65,000 for the AdventHealth Hope & Healing Center.

The Morgans have also supported Camp Boggy Creek, Nemours Children’s Health, Second Harvest Food Bank, Canine Companions, and the Boys & Girls Club.

In 2026, they further strengthened their philanthropic legacy through the establishment of the CES Foundation, focused on wellbeing and research, education, and inclusion.

“Their legacy is not defined solely by the dollars they have contributed, but by the people they have inspired to give back,” said Vice President Mike Morgan.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is a meaningful recognition of Shelly and Todd Morgan’s decades-long commitment to philanthropy and community leadership, as well as the culture of giving they have built at Comprehensive Energy Services. Their dedication to strengthening the communities they serve has created a lasting legacy of generosity that will continue to inspire and make an impact for generations to come.
