On Orange Avenue in Longwood which runs from Ronald Reagan to 17-92. From 17-92 turn between Old Florida Bank and car dealership. From Ronald Reagan Northbound second right after Church. Southbound - make a U-turn at Palmetto and it is the next street on the right.
Description
These simple meditation techniques have shown to be highly effective in reducing stress and stress-related medical problems. Each two-hour session of 4 classes will immerse participants in the benefits of living a mindful life. We will do most activities sitting in chairs, but anyone who has a cushion or mat is free to bring them.
