Tobacco use is still the leading cause of preventable death in the United States.
Tobacco Free Seminole Coalition advocates for issues important to the health of our community, and takes a stand against tobacco use, industry and tactics that are used to recruit users. We are committed to help people quit using tobacco products, reduce the marketing influences that tobacco companies have in our community, and reduce youth access to tobacco.
Attendees will have the opporttunity to be educated on Marketing strategies that tobacco companies have been using for decades to allure youth and young adults to use their deadly products. Information about how those strategies apply to Seminole County and how we can play an important role to protect our young population will be shared as well.
