Kirissa Weyh is the founder and owner of Salty AF Pilates & Recovery, a boutique Pilates and wellness studio in Sanford, Florida. With a background in healthcare, dance, Pilates and wellness, Kirissa created Salty AF to provide a more personal, welcoming approach to movement and recovery.

Since opening in 2022, she has grown Salty AF through word of mouth, community relationships and a passion for helping people feel stronger and move better. The studio combines personalized Pilates with innovative recovery and wellness services in a small, non-intimidating environment.

Kirissa is passionate about supporting local businesses, building meaningful community partnerships and making wellness more approachable. Her philosophy is simple: movement should meet you where you are, and wellness should be personal.
