Nikolaos “Nik” Athanasakos is the Founder and CEO of Innovative Construction & Manufacturing Solutions LLC (ICMS), a Longwood-based consulting firm helping construction and manufacturing businesses improve efficiency and growth. With 20+ years in architectural millwork, themed construction, and specialty manufacturing, Nik has led projects for Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. His expertise spans Divisions 6, 10, and 12, millwork, solid surfaces, estimating, lean practices, and owner’s representation. At ICMS, he drives strategic consulting, workflow integration, and workforce training using tools such as Microvellum, Innergy, and Smartsheet. Passionate about bridging design, fabrication, and execution, he partners with architects, GCs, and trade specialists to deliver results.
