Before founding this practice, Zarina Hernandez served as an Assistant Public Defender in Osceola and Marion counties, representing thousands of clients and earning a reputation as a fierce, ethical advocate who believes every client deserves dignity, respect, and unwavering dedication.

Zarina earned her J.D. cum laude from Barry University School of Law, with a High Honors Certificate in Trial Advocacy. She is licensed in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Language should never be a barrier to understanding your rights and your case. A fluent Spanish speaker, Zarina serves clients in both English and Spanish.

Deeply rooted in the community, Zarina serves as President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and is an active member of the Seminole County Chamber, the Seminole County Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, and the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
